Our team members are professionally trained. The Owner always work alongside team members. We do not do “drop-offs.”

Home access & security procedures
Many customers provide us with a key. All keys are coded and secured when not in use. Customers who use a security alarm frequently assign a user security code for Maricela's Cleaning Service. For apartment and condominium complexes, we typically register at the front desk and sign out a key.
Team members do not permit anyone entry into your home while we are there.
Team members work safely around house pets.
